These are some our latest Jeeping Camping wild adventures on and off the road:
The Krazee's Konvention Combined with the Big Horn Jeep club Little Sahara Sand Dunes Jericho, Utah.Everyone was getting Krazeeze at the Summer Krazies Konvention. It was once again a ton of fun if ya missed it check it out here: Krazeez Konvention 2007 in Jericho Sand Dunes May 16, 17th, and 18th.To some of you this picture may look a bit lame, except for the beautiful Dodge Cummin Tow Rig, and the sand and the big old cedar tree and the nice buck and pol fence, the main focus of this picture is the "Full Moon". You a full moon brings out the crazyness of all the Krazees. The moon is not so bright here, but if you have never been to the white sands campground this is what you can expect, lot's of sand and big tree for shade when the temp hit 104 in the shade in july.
Sunset over the flag pole, Which is the main guidance point for the White Sands Campground. You can see thsi pole from almost all high points on the Dunes. It can then guide you back to the campground. The dunes can be very confusing and disorenting if you have not been out on them very much.
As you can see we are a family and kid friendly kind of a group. Here we are loaded up on 4 wheelers ready to go out and see what the trucks can do on the dunes. Fred, hooked up his Ford Explorer with Paddles. They helped him have some serious fun as you can see in the next few photos. Red Jeeps are just plain cool. Here Rock4x4parts.com has some srious bowl spining fun. These are the colors of the Rainbow. Red, Orange, Yellow, and Green. Go get em Fred. This may be the best shot of the rainbow session. This rig goes very well in the sand. We had a fun time in the dunes on Sunday morning. Crazy Larry had packed up his Crazy Jumping Red Jeep after smashing a rear passenger spring into a kids slinky toy. He was able to put it back together enough to head home, but I am sure he is now in the market for a set of new springs.
